How do I receive my electronic ticket (e-ticket)?
Once your payment is approved, an official airline e-ticket with your 6-digit Passenger Name Record (PNR) and itinerary receipt is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can also view and print your ticket anytime on our My Booking page.
Can I cancel or change my flight after booking?
Cancellation and flight modification policies depend on the airline's specific fare rules (e.g. Basic Economy, Main Cabin, Business Class). Most non-refundable fares allow flight changes with applicable fare differences. Under federal DOT guidelines, eligible bookings made at least 7 days prior to departure may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Call our support team at (866) 521-7253 for immediate change requests.
Why are phone-exclusive flight deals cheaper?
Airlines often provide travel agencies with special consolidator fares and unpublished inventory that contractually cannot be listed on public internet search engines. By calling our reservation desk directly at (866) 521-7253, our agents can search these private global distribution systems to unlock additional discounts of up to 40%.
What are the baggage allowance rules for my ticket?
Baggage policies vary by operating airline and route. Most standard economy international flights include 1 personal item and 1 carry-on bag (up to 10kg), with checked baggage rules specified during seat selection. Domestic basic fares may charge for checked luggage. Detailed baggage allowance is displayed on your e-ticket receipt.
How do refunds work if my flight is cancelled by the airline?
If the operating carrier cancels your flight or implements a major schedule change that you decline, you are entitled to a full refund of the unused airfare. Our agency submits the refund application directly to the carrier. Processing typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the airline and your bank.
