3. Pricing, Taxes & Fare Accuracy
All airfares quoted on BookingFlightsFares are in USD and include all applicable government taxes, fuel surcharges, and agency service fees. Fares are dynamic and subject to real-time seat availability changes by the operating airlines. A booking is only confirmed once payment has cleared and an electronic ticket number (e-ticket) has been generated.
4. Flight Changes, Cancellations & Agency Fees
All flight cancellations and schedule modifications are governed by the airline's contract of carriage. Non-refundable tickets may be eligible for airline travel credits minus any applicable carrier change penalties. Our agency may charge a standard processing fee for handling complex offline modifications, re-routings, or manual refund submissions, which will be disclosed prior to transaction completion.
