When processing cancellations, changes, or flight credit redemptions, two distinct fee structures may apply:
- Airline Penalty / Change Fee: Imposed directly by the operating air carrier in accordance with their published tariff.
- Agency Processing Fee: A nominal administrative service fee charged by BookingFlightsFares to manually process ticket voids, credit re-issuances, and airline waiver waivers over the phone.
