1. Booking Request Submission
When you click "Confirm & Complete Booking" on our website or authorize a reservation over the phone with our booking agents, you submit an offer to purchase the selected travel products. A booking request does not constitute an active contract until the operating airline or supplier issues the formal ticket locator (PNR) and electronic ticket number.
2. Name Accuracy & Government ID Requirements
Passenger names submitted during booking must match government-issued identification (such as a valid passport or driver's license) exactly. Airlines strictly prohibit ticket transfers or complete name substitutions once an e-ticket has been generated. Any minor correction fees imposed by the airline are the responsibility of the traveler.
3. Flight Schedule Changes & Carrier Delays
Operating airlines reserve the right to modify flight times, aircraft equipment, terminal gates, or routing connections due to weather, mechanical requirements, or air traffic control directives. BookingFlightsFares will notify travelers of significant schedule modifications provided we have received notice from the carrier.
